After a horror flight with BA I promised myself never to use them again. They delayed us for over nine hours and gave us nothing more than a $5 food coupon. With airport prices we were lucky to buy a bag of crisps. So we booked with Virgin for our flight from Gatwick to Orlando, the staff were fantastic and the food was the best I've had on any flight. Virgin have a good website and a good online check-in procedure. While at Gatwick airport Virgin seemed to have a lot more lanes open for people who had booked via the DIY check-in procedure online. To keep us entertained the films were pretty good, we paid a little extra and reserved a seat on the upperdeck on the 747. You get Vport, it has around 50 films plus various popular television programmes and a CD jukebox. I'd certainly spend that little extra to fly with Virgin again.
