This company offers excellent value, whether you need office supplies for work or as a personal shopper. The two main ways you can order is either online or from their extensive catalogue. Generally once you buy from their online they will start sending you the catalogue monthly. They sell everything for the office, from office furniture such as storage cupboards and chairs to paperclips. They even include workwear, toilet roll and tea and coffee. Their next day service really is next day from my experience and their customer support has always been good when I've phoned up with any problems. For piece of mind there returns are free too, all you need to do is just ring them and collect.

I recently became the secretary of a small local society, and this was when I first started using Viking Direct. It's a convenient way of purchaisng essentials such as paperclips, envelopes and printer cartridges. The website and catalogue covers all manner of office equipment, like stationary and supplies to computer hardware and office furniture. Viking deliver the next working day, and I have rarely had any problems with Viking deliveries. Like with most office store brands Viking has it's own brand range, I have found these items much cheaper and ideal substitutes for expensive branded items. For all small businesses I recommend that a copy of the viking catalogue is in every filing cabinet.

If you want anything from pencils to envelopes, phones or office furniture, then this is the place. I've found that not only do they price match, but that they will beat any competitor 100% of the time. Everytime i've used their website i've easily found what I was looking for, and they offer several payment options such as cheque and credit/debit card. You do need to order £30.00 or more to qualify for free delivery, if the order is under £30 then it's £2.90. If you have no desire for online ordering then there is a free phone telephone number and fax number. The saving with Viking are excellent, on my last purchase for box files I paid only 99p each (saving £3.40 on rrp price). How can you complain about that saving? And remember this company isnt only for business folk, but is for anyone.
