So far I have only rung them by phone to book an appointment
to view a car. Due to past credit problems I wanted to make
sure I qualified for finance because travelling to a showroom.
It seems I do because they only evaluate whether I can pay
the finance payments in the future. They do not take into
account my past credit history thank heavans. Currently I
have a troublesome Peugeot 206 and have been looking to change
it for quite some time. The first time I heard of uCan was
from the tv adverts on the Sky channels. After hearing bad
stories of Yes Car Credit I normally wouldn't consider these
companies, but as the cars have a 120 point and hpi check
I should think the cars will be more reliable. On the phone
the staff were very helpful and pleasant and easy to understand.
The lady said they always have a really big stock of cars
including makes like Ford, Vauxhall, Renault, Peugeot and
Honda at all of their Showrooms. I should be able to test
drive any of the cars I like and go home with it that day
if the paperwork goes without a hitch. Hopefully the service
will be as friendly at their showrooms as on the phone. They
stated on the phone they do not hard sell, nothing i hate
more than being pressured by sales people. I will post again
if all goes well. A friend of mine went to a car finance showroom
in Plymouth (can't remember the company) and said he was met
by friendly staff who explained how everything was going to
happen. He said it took about 2 hours on the phone to my insurance
company to change his policy and he drove off with the car.
He said they were honest and sure to their word, i reccomended
the service, he is still pleased with his car. So maybe all
the bad stories you hear are not the overall picture. I sure
hope so.

Ever heard the phrase whistleblower. Well they're trying to set
up in London now. The person resposible is Mark Stewart, Ex YES
CAR Credit ops manager. We know about them. If you want a YES Car
Crdit service go to them. All they want is to make profit out of
you. Be careful. Try other dealerships.
