If you signed up with Talk3 landline calls service, you get unlimited anytime calls to any UK landlines. The cost is a line rental of £11 and £8.99 per month which is around £5.51 cheaper than BT currently. What attracted me to the service was the simplicity. There is no contract, no equipment to setup, no extra numbers to dial, they sort out all the details and you can leave easily at any time. The only downside is the time it takes, which can be 21 days. But because you are still a BT customer you still pay their line rental charge, but also get the benefit of receiving help from their engineers for any technical problems. I can recommend this service, there are no catches apart from saving plenty of cash.

Try getting through to their support line. I waited over half an hour to signup and gave up before I got an answer. I went with Nildram who picked up my call after just 10 seconds.
