T-Mobile used to be called one2one and have now change their name to T-Mobile. T-Mobile employs a large amount of staff in the UK and are now one of the leading mobile phone companies in the UK. One 2 One is now T-Mobile, one of the largesT-Mobile companies in the world. T-Mobile is the second largest telecommunications company in the world, with over 67 million customers in countries such as USA, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Russia and the United Kingdom.
T-mobile has it's head quarters based in Germany, and amongst the seven largest mobile phone providers. T-mobile has the most subscribers in it's home market, numbering nearly forty million in Germany. As already stated, T-mobile was formerly named One2One and operated by Cable and Wireless and the Mediaone Group. It purchased in nineteen ninety nine by Deutsche Telekom, and once that company was restructured it was branded as T-Mobile in two thousand and two.
Virgin Mobile use T-mobile to provide the infrastructureback bone for their 2g and 3g services. In 2009, there were plans to merge Orange (French) and T-mobile to become the largest mobile provider in Great Britain. 2009 was not all positive news for T-mobile, they are being investigated by British authorities for the illegalsale of personal information by their staff.
