Most people don't have the room for a full size snooker table,
let alone the money to buy one. Snooker tables do luckily come in
smaller sizes and prices. The smallest is basically a 6ft table
which can cost about £200-£800 depending on quality.
Then you can find half size and three quarter size snooker tables.
These can range from £1000 for a half size table, to about
£5000 for a top of the line full size table. Along with a
table the other equipment needed to play snooker is,
- cue
- cue tips
- chalk
- score board
- rest
A basic cue for about £10 is usually made of hardwood and
has a stained butt. A better quality cue for say £40 is usually
made from graphite or ash, and contain features such as a brass
joint.

Riley snooker cues.

I currently own 4 Riley snooker cues. The first was bought back
in 1985 and it has won me 2 snooker trophies in the 2 years that
I played snooker with great interest. One of these trophies was
presented to me by Ray Reardon. A few years later when I went back
to snooker as a leisurely
thing I bought another Riley cue. 10 years later I have picked up
the cue thrill again and bought myself another two Riley cues. Cheap
and humble and well loved, I would not use anything else. I've beaten
people who have bragged about their cue being worth £100+.
What can I say. It's not the cost of the cue that makes it the best,
it's the make and Riley sure do, (in my opinion)make the best. All
4 cues I rate... 5 STAR - The Best.

Summary of Snooker & Pool
|
|
|
|
Snooker & Pool Equipment is usually the prime market of rileys
who seem to produce just about all the snooker and pool cues, tips
and equipment sold at UK Internet sites. The only snooker equipment
we could find which wasn't rileys was a Pot Black snooker and pool
table, chalk or books about snooker and pool.
