We have owned sky digital since it's launch, and decided to install
a second box for another room in our home. This is just £10
extra a month and seemed a good deal. The problems occured during
installation. On our new box we couldnt receive certain movie and
sky sports channels (all the ones we watch basically). This meant
that engineers came round 3 times before the last one decided a
new box was needed. This has fixed the problem, but still occationally
the same problem occurs. It makes no sense to me that one box works
fine, while the other has these problems. They are both hooked up
to the same dish. Otherwise i love the service, and the engineers
were pleasant and helpful when they came. Except one pair who arrived
very late, and left after 10 minutes doing no work whatsoever.
