Maclaren Quest Buggy

I have bought a Maclaren buggy / buggie and I found that the brakes
didn't work. After this I contacted maclaren to state that brakes
didn't work on the buggy and they will not do anything about it
as it was over 6 months old when it happened. I think it is poor
that Maclaren only give money back and expect their buggy to last
6 months, I personally know of friends who have other makes of buggy
which have lasted for generations, let alone months. I will therefore
be using your site to buy a buggy which isn't made by Maclaren.

Maclaren Techno XT Pushchair

I purchased the MacLaren after reading a great number of reviews
stating how amazing it was. I bought one from Mothercare for £150
and expected great things. Within days the wheels were locking when
I went over uneven surfaces, such as pavements and we returned it
assuming we had
purchased a faulty one. The second one from Mothercare showed great
promise but this time after a week the same happened. We returned
that one assuming Mothercare had a bad batch and optimistically
bought one from John Lewis. Again to our great disappointment the
same thing
happened. I can't believe that we are the only people who have experienced
this. Although I have no complaints about any other part of the
buggy, due to the price I think the problem is terrible. I was told
by John Lewis that this was a problem that occurred when they were
first bought out.
