Orchid. or Orchidaceae, for it's precise title is a plant which flowers into a beautiful bloom. The amount of species runs into the tens of thousands, mind boggling in effect. And with cultivators making lots of hybrids, a conservative estimate is more than one hundred thousand hybrid species of the Orchid. Simple put, WOW.
Now when it comes to florist you obviously will not have such a selection ;). But Orchids are one of their biggest sellers, so you should not have any problem finding a variety to suit your occasion. Be it a white bloom to suit a wedding or a more colourful variety for a special day out at the races or family event like a Christening.
The Orchid family has been researched by the great and good. Most notable
by the Evolution superstar Charles Darwin, who created a book on it's
fertilisation technique over a hundred years ago.

Recently ordered some orchids, was simple and easy to order stuff from. Needed to email support to ask which colours they had. Quick response within a few hours. Flowers delivered on time and they look gorgeous. Was in my gf's goodbook. You may need to order in advance for Valentines etc. But they can make your flowers look a bit personal and customer satisfaction is abit more than just a transactions. Only ordered orchids from them so no idea on how other stuff comes. But would highly recommend the florist to any other man who doesnt want to walk the town centre with a bunch of flowers. Perfect door to door transaction.
