To those who think NTL are not good internet providers you are
very, very wrong. They happen to be the cheapest too, cheap you
say, this must mean that it can be good? well your wrong, so many
people are in there singled minded ways of not signing up with NTL
because BT is so much better. Personally I don't see how. NTL is
fast reliable and if you ever get a fault (highly unlikely) then
they will be out the next day, or same day depending of time. you
don't have to pay for your modem either! you must get it because
its so cheap and higher speeds than crappy ASDL (BT). I would signup
for ntl broadband as soon as possible if I were you.

Maybe it is just the switch to broadband from dial up, but I am
really impressed with the service from ntl Freedom Broadband. I
can stream radio, make calls and download software and music
simultaneously with no dropouts and a consistently high level of
download. The download speed is 570kbps (how this is possible I'm
not sure as it is supposed to be a 512K product... but it\'s fast
and reliable. £15 call credit every month is also a great
thing to have.
