This pan is really useless because it includes a hot spot
to tell you when the pan is hot or cold. I must have owned
this frying pan for around a year. It in all this time it's
hasn't a single scratch on the the non-stick coating surface.
And this after I use it daily with practically every meal
that I cook. It's also extremely easy to clean the surface,
always cooks and heats the food evenly, and off course nothing
ever sticks to the surface. This means I do not have to use
fats and oils in my cooking anymore, which means a much more
healthy meal for me and my kids. You will not be disappointed
