Lately i've noticed that many mothercare stores have been moving
out of town, these larger stores are like Toys-r-us and do have
good baby feeding and changing facilities. I recently purchased
a pushchair called the Citilite (their own brand) and i've found
it great for most occasions, if I am going out by public transport
or in cars i've had no hassle or difficulty with it. I pretty much
like all their functional products. However their maternity clothes
are really frumpy, and the price is far beyond what is reasonable.
The customer service has also been a letdown on occasion, especially
when i tried to return 2 pairs of tights.

Mothercare is 'the one stop baby shop'. Everything you will need
for your baby under one roof, especially in the bigger, out of town,
Mothercare stores. My local Mothercare is in town centre, and i
must say all the Mothercares i have shopped in have given excellent
customer service! Mama's and Papa's are put to shame, they give
just about as much customer service at Mama's and Papa's as a corner
shop, a big fat Zilch! For anyone wanting a great experience, with
specially trained advisers, give Mothercare a try and you shall
never look back!
