Mitre were born 1817, when Benjamin Crook
started a small Leather Tannery in Huddersfield, a town in the North
of England. 181 years later, as Mitre Sports International UK
LTD are still know for the quality of their footballs and rugby balls.
Mitre has now relocated to a new modern office facility in Wilmslow,
Manchester, England. The Mitre Blaze and Maxima footballs are both
priced below ten pounds and are a great bargain buy. The Mitre Maxima
footballs come with a tough fluorescent PVC material, and are ideal
as a training ball because they are also scuff resistant. Mitre also
produce more than just footballs, they also manufacture rugby balls
like the Mitre Squad. They also produce a limited range of football
shin guards, goal keeping gloves and football boots. |

Mitre World Champion Netball

Not the cheapest netball around, but I felt money well spent because
I knew Mitre footballs were very popular. This ball is also used
by the majority of world championship players, so it obviously comes
highly recommended.
