I first started shopping with Misco when I discovered their catalogue 2 years ago. I run a small IT business and used to shop with Superdisk for supplies, but after a 10 moth conflict with manufacturer I decided I had had enough and looked for an alternative. The prices with Misco seemed extremely competitive, and the website was easy to use. For IT businesses Misco has a large selection of office materials such as computer locks and seats, and the prices always equal those of the big office chain stores. I would recommend them to anyone, check them out.

My most recent computing order wasa adsl router via the misco site. The site gave me all the technical details i needed, and once I had placed the order I selected the 3 day delivery. I received the shipping confirmation immediately at my hotmail email account and waited for the 3 days to pass. The great part was that the item was delivered next day. A smooth transaction with great delivery timing.

As an employee at an IT firm I have had cause to order from Misco about 6 times. They used to be called Simply Computers. Every single time I've had different problems. It seems that either the items are not delivered on time, they send the wrong items, or I have to re-submit my order because they simple dont register it after weeks of waiting. When i've phoned up their customer support it's been just as dreadful. At least two times i've spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for someone to deal with my complaint. I would suggest if you run a business not to bother with this company, there are plenty of alternative suppliers of IT supplies with a much better record.
