I am not sure about sales figures but MFI must be getting hurt by IKEA. Our last kitchen was from MFI and it's lasted well, it's far from being top quality but for the price it's done well. But after our last visit we were disappointed looking around, compared to Ikea the prices, selection and stores are a let down. We quickly left and went to Ikea to buy a dining set, which needed a one chair missing parts, the parts we needed were quickly delivered within 48 hours, and the staff very helpful & knowledgeable.I think MFI will have a real hard job catching up. And recently a friend has to take MFI to Court to retrieve just £326 pounds, they had ordered a kitchen from MFI and was such a mess the extra cost of the fitter to finish the job was £326. They are solely disappointed with MFI and think them a bad Company, probably the worst they have ever dealt with. I would recommend you check some of other retailers before this one.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! I ordered two sofas from them in February this year and finally had them delivered after 4 months of waiting. The 2 seater sofa was badly made with 20 sets of staple marks in it! Two months later a replacement has been sent with no feet attached. As they no longer deal with sofa workshop I am being told tough and am receiving next to no help.
