A party of 7 of us booked with lunn poly in londonderry to go to san antonio bay in ibiza, we were very disappointed on arrival as we had booked two studio appartments one of which the fan was broke and the other had two beds when was suppose to had three, it took us three days to get the fan that was about to fall off the wall fixed, also we were told we were going to an 18-30 club which we didnt more like a family club. We also were told that our travellers cheques would have been changed up until 12 at night and at quarter to 12 when we tried to get them changed on two occassions we were told no,also our towels and sheets were only changed every 4 days which we found unacceptable. I would go back to ibiza but not to fiesta appartments cap no no or by booking with lunn poly as we were all extremely disappoint with what we paid for.

A last minute trip to Costa Blanca which is flying from Gatwick for only £99. Myself and five mates are going, none of us are flush of cash it's about the price we wanted. Because we booked online we also got £10 off per passenger and that's the main reason we booked at the Lunn Poly web site, it saved us overall £60. Definitely enough for a night of drinks :).

The Lunn Poly site was easy and straight forward to use with our tickets and details being sent through the post, in a lot of ways it's a better travel agent service than at the high street Lunn Poly shops. You may not get the personal attention and help but when you know where you want to go it doesn't matter, price is the be all and end all.

The Foreign Exchange is a good part of the site.

I found the Lunn Poly website an easy and low cost way to book my holidays to Cyprus. I always go to the Greek section of Cyprus every year with my husband and two girls and love the warm whether and friendly manner of the locals. I have to say I am worrying what the reception will be this year with the Iraq war and the general negative opinion of europeans to it. I booked my Cyprus holiday for 7 nights and it is leaving on the 03/06/2003 and is Self Catering. I always book late because of the savings you can make and £139 seems a bargain. One problem is the plane is departing from Manchester and I usually go from East Midlands, but apart from that I found no problems booking online.
