Logitech Freedom 2.4 Cordless Joystick

Due to my hatred of all things Microsoft I always buy Logitech. And I have been rarely disappointed, the Freedom joystick is ideal for games such as flight sims, and is a very solid stick. I have been using it for over seven months now, and it's still working like it was brand new. What you will first notices with the freedom stick is quality of construction, the plastics and build are so solid for the price, and I assume far beyond what you would get from a similar priced MS stick. Logitech knowing most people buy the stick for flight sim games have included theri Wingman software, it's feature rich and very easy to use. The only annoying part is the stick drops connectivity when you are idle, this may save bettery life which is good, but I cannot adjust the time scale it happens at :(. I have read reviews that the potentiometers wear out very quickly on some of the sticks. This wasn't my experience however, and other than a few very slight problems it's a great stick and value for money is assured.
