The item i bought was the Braun Oral-B Professional Care 5000 Rechargeable Power Toothbrush. I'm really happy with this brush. I got it because my dentist recommended Braun models for their reliability. All you have to do is hold the brush head against your teeth and navigate it around your mouth. This made my teeth felt exceptionally clea. Thanks for hooking me up with this product Littlewoods.

I ordered a Panasonic TV from them on Saturday pm. Goods arrived at promised and in good condition at 0858. Then after checking by deliverer that this was acceptable. I have to say I am impressed all round: service and delivery was excellent.

I used littlewoods to order my Epson Stylus R300 photo printer. It's now about three monthssince I bought it and it is the best printer i've ever used. i have used many other brands of photo printers like canon, hp, lexmark etc. Has the added bonus of putting your camera's card into the slots, but I've only used that once. By selecting "No Colour Adjustment" I found the photos were outputed were superbly accurate to the computer. Print quality is just fantastic. I have been able to produce glossy photos that i believe looked like they had come from a lab. Goods arrived at promised and in good condition, well done Littlewoods.

The prices for the tv set were not the lowest I could find, but I trusted the Littlewoods brand more than the specialist merchants i had never heard of. When buying a tv set for 1000 pounds I needed to be sure the merchant was trustworthy. I placed an order for my Panasonic set on Friday. And it came with no hassle, no waiting. Recommend, even if not the cheapest around.

I ordered a George Foreman 11480 Big Classic Metallic Grill from Littlewoods. It's my first grill from the George Foreman range, and my old grill had lost its coating, so l bought this one of Littlewoods, it is very good and it cooks bacon and sausage to perfection. The only reason I dont give Littlewoods full marks is because i found the website difficult to use, the navigation seemed poor. Otherwise it came on time.

I've had no end of problems sending my broken items back to Littlewoods. This is the problem with ordering over the web. I live in a rural area so it's not possible to get to the local store. The messing about returning goods has really put me off shopping online. Other than that Littlewoods were polite and excepted their items back with no fuss.

I bought the Jamie Oliver's Flavour Shaker from this site, couldnt find the product lower anywhere else, came on time, well packaged. The fact that the company has been established for a few years won me over and I took the plunge to buy online for the first time. This seems like a good company.

I got my Braun Tassimo coffee maker from littlewoods. It's excellent for making freshly brewed coffee, cappuccino and hot drinks. Makes great HOT Frothy, Creamy and smooth Drinks. The machine itself is easy to use, easy to clean and not very noisy. All in all, I feel that I've well spent my £85 on this home vending machine. It really does produce quality drinks, and it will never sit in a cupboard unused.

Absolutely abysmal. I ordered about £160 worth of items in which i was to pay for it over 36 months. Littlewoods never set up my direct debit correctly so they decided to instantly charge me the full amount. After phoning them they admitted they made a mistake with the direct debit but i'd have to pay an administration charge (basically im paying for their mistakes). I pay the charge , they send me a letter confirming direct debit details , yet STILL they take no payment. I get another administration charge and a phone from debt recovery. Now they phone once a week , because no matter how much times i set up the direct debit littlewoods seems incapable of actually taking a payment , leaving me with another charge. I am absolutely at the end of my tether with this company , i go from talking to debt recovery who says its not their problem , over to customer support who set up another direct debit that doesnt work.

I'll never use this company ever again.

Ps. Their website is about as slow as some of their call centre employees.

Despicable.
