When borwsing their home furnishings I've always found them quite
traditional. Alongside this they are prett. Some of their larger
stores also have a good lighting selection as well. You really need
to visit the major cities to find their larger stores, most of their
shops are generally quite small. Therefore the small stores have
a fraction of stock on display. The Laura Ashley catalogue is much
better to get a good idea about what they do, with all their ranges
on display including crockery; glasses; sofas; beds; rugs; and wooden
furniture. They do seems to have stores in most towns in the UK,
especially southern towns, and some of their stock can be found
in some Homebase branches.

I was surprised to buy my new sofa from Laura Ashley at my local
Homebase. It was news to me their products were sold in Homebase
stores. I also spotted they did an interior design service, so I
decided to ask them to come out to my home. The service is £50,
and covers three rooms. And whats fantastic is you get the £50
back if you then place the order with them. This seemed like a nice
deal. If you are planning on doing more than three rooms, the charge
is £100. After the design process I was delighted with the
resuly, my lounge and guest bedroom have never looked nicer. The
third room didn't quite achieve what I wanted. But 2 out of 3 wasn't
bad. Overall I've been pleased with the service from Laura Ashley.

I've been a regular customer with Laura Ashley. For many years
i've been totally re-decorating my home with their paint and finishing
touches. Their range is quite extensive now, with paint, furniture,
soft furnishings, lighting, materials, kitchen crockery, and clothes
for ladies. I think the beauty of their designs is they would fit
into any home, especially those with a country cottage type theme.
Everything I have bought has always been of excellent quality, but
you do pay a little more than average for this. Along with the website
Laura Ashley has a mail order catalogue and ordering over the phone.
For regular customers they also have an account facility. All in
all it's excellent.

After ordering new curtains to be made up in Buxton Check and given
a date of 4/6 weeks for the order to be completed and delivered,
I am delighted to say the order arrived in less than 3 weeks and
was of excellent quality. Well done Laura Ashley and special thanks
to Susie in the Brighton store.
