About Jack Higgins
Jack Higgins lived in Belfast until the age of twelve and left school at fifteen to join the Royal Horse Guards. During this time with the Royal Horse Guards he served in East Germany in the Cold War. After this he worked various jobs such as a truck driver until he became a teacher and univerity lecturer. Since then his novels have sold 250 million worldwide in 55 different languages.
