I agree with the previous reviewer. Having bought a watch at H. Samuel I took it back after the casing broke where it holds the wrist strap. The shop manager accused me of having damaged it! The worst and rudest customer service I have ever come accross.

They might be very accommodating initially but any problems with your order and they turn on their completely unhelpful, don't-want-to-know, flippant, arrogant, aggressive attitudes. I have absolutely no faith in any thing they say as it changes every time I phone them. Ranks as one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Clear well laid home page is attractive and easy to browse. Plenty of offers to wet your appetite like an Accurist Watch with over £100 saving. Was £199.99 down to £79.99.

I also went into their high street shop a couple of days ago, browsed around but did not buy and have to say I recieved a good and friendly service.

The only problem I find with jewellers is the pressure you feel as soon as I go into the shop, there is nowhere to hide and you are always under the scrutiny of a sales assistant and they are all pushy. The shop I went into was at Meadowhall shopping centre and I did notice that all of the watches were in a separate section from the jewellery - so they did do a good job of allowing me to find what I was looking for.

After a couple of minutes browsing I was pretty much dead set on the watch I wanted, the problem was I was sure I good save more if I bought online so I didn't want to buy in-store. I knew it's a little cheeky doing this and so when I was asked by a member of staff if I wanted the watch I had to come up with a lame excuse to my embarrassment. The shop assistant still gave me a 15% off voucher if I ever came in again.
