 Facts

Holdall & Rucksack Bags are available online from a variety of brands. There are basically two kind of rucksacks available, those for general use and those for outside hiking and mountaineering. You can pickup a general rucksack/holdall such as a Nike Gym Rhythm Flapover Bag for about £29.99. This should include the basics such as a adjustable shoulder strap and fully lined interior, but nothing much else. If you are looking for a more specialised bag for mountaineering etc, the price is much more steep. For example a Berghaus C7 Pro Series will set you back £163.99, even after being on sale. However you do get much more for your money such as,

  • BioFlex back system
  • Finger grip breather hip fins
  • EVA Breathe Matrix Foam Technology
  • Dry fusion bag
  • Roll close base compartment

Basically the majority of rucksack/holdall's are well made and long lasting, it's how specialised you want it to be which effects the price.

Reebok Vector Gym Bag

Basic and simple bag that looks really nice, and comes in several different colours. I choose dark blue and use it for my sports equipment and clothes. It fits my squash racket, balls, and clothing easily and it's easy to carry these by the traditional one shoulder strap. It only features a centre compartment so it can begin to smell if left enclosed between uses. So it always a good idea to keep it as clean as possible. I will not be surprised if the bag lasts for 20 years, the material is very strong, and it seems it can carry pretty much any weight. You would need a very shrap instrument to tear it, as it resists being torn amazingly well. Generally it's a cheap and easy bag to use.
