I just purchased a set of Globe Trotter suitcases from your website using Freemans and have just had them delivered. They seem well made and a good size and price for a collection of suitcases. I chose the Monaco set of suitcases and they are dark blue in colour and the stats of the size of the suitcases are Small: 57.5cm/24", 3.8kg. Medium: 67.5cm/27", 5.1kg. Large: 77.5cm/30", 6.3kg. It is useful to know the exact size and weight before you buy online because if you planning to go on holiday by plane or boat, these things are very important. If you do exceed the size or weight you basically won't be going on holiday or you will be paying a little extra (quite a little !) because it happened to me the first time I went on holiday by plane.

Before finding their online store I have been using Freeemans now for almost 5 years. In this time i have always found their service to be top notch. For those of you who are not be sure of what Freemans is, there must be one of the UK's major Mail Order Catalogues. They have been offering this service in the UK for many years. Like with most catalogues they offer a wide variety of products and service. The way you can pay is via a pay monthly service, this is where you purchase your goods and then you pay for them with 50 weeks interest free credit. The part I love the most of Freemans is the Kids sections. It covers both boys and girls and ranges, and the range covers toddler right up to 14 years of age.

The actual paper catalogue has many sections for every age grou. It includes sections for womenswear for the older woman, menswear and even babywear. I think most people knew they did clothes, but now they also do electrical goods, household items and a childrens toys. If you are a member like myself you will also find that every month or so we get their latest sales leaflet. I love browsing this leaflet because it has loads of bargains on household items and clothes. Over the past 12 months I have picked up quite a few bargains. It makes me wonder how these companies offer such deals, with some products price slashed by around 50%. My experience is a a good catalogue, with superb customer service, and all at a good price.

90% of the time I can't even get onto the website. I thought this problem would've finished now that Freemans' website has recently had a makeover. That's the only problem I have with it.

1. ordered a robotic toy on website.. was charged different price on statement

2. they didnt take off 20% for 1st order!!

3. item was faulty, called customer services who assured me another would be sent out. THIS DIDNT HAPPEN!

4. Arranged a courier to collect 3 times they didnt. I ended up staying home all day for nothing!

5. i threatened to throw away the item and then it was collected!

6. didnt recieve another 1 because i was over credit limit! was not advised of this when i called.

i have now cancelled the account... i will never use them again!!
