Service was a horror of biblical proportions, I ordered my flowers for Mothers Day but my mother did not receive a any. Being extremely annoyed I sent some emails to flowers direct which of course were not replied to.

I then took the expensive route and tried to contact them by phone, tried being the buzz word. (Their hotline wasn't so hot however, the excuse given was for mother's day they receive so many orders they sent some via Royal Mail.

So apparently occasionally they went 'missing' with Royal Mail's system. So I paid a good amount of money for some postman to get free flowers for his mother.

This was all very disappointing, but I expected some more flowers or a full refund to placate me. But they even refused to refund my money and stated breach of contract. The lady did promise a new bunch of flowers for a few days later. Guess what, they did not come either.

This company is totally useless. They are so inept I gave up. Please give up on them too.
