Posted on n/a Electronic organisers are becoming more hi-tech with features such as Windows Pocket PC, which is an operating system that runs the organisers applications. Other machines such psion organisers have there own operating system. Weight is also important with many organisers now weighing as little as 149 grammes and some having pocket internet explorer from microsoft which means you can connect to the internet. Some also include Microsoft Ac - tiveSync PC connectivity software. Many organisers now come with colour screens which can produce 65.536 million colour display, which means it enriches all applications Mono, 12 bit or 16 bit. Posted on n/a Palm TX Handheld This versatile organiser include plenty of features to keep most users happy and the power to do what I need personally. It's a shame they did not include a cradle (there's a cradle but it's a £49.99 option). and the ineffective cover isn't a strong point of this organiser. But it makes up for this with 128 MB Installed memory, 16-bit (64k colors), transflective Color TFT, 320 x 480 Resolution and built-in wireless connection. The wireless part I love the most, connecting to public WiFi spots in my local train station for example isn't a problem and the system accepts my security key without a problem. At around £250 it's not cheap, but given what it offers I think it's fair value for money. Overall i am still getting used to all the new features, my previous organiser was a Sony Clie and I do miss it's more size. But the Palm TX has performed well and preformed all I need with little hassle. User Rating -
