We booked a week in Magaluf, we only went for a week, but
we found this plenty of time to do everything needed. The
best parts were the whether, friendly locals, low cost food
and drink, and genuinely helpful reps. Our reps tried to help
as much as possible, and seemed very really nice. The worst
parts were the beaches (messy), got a little too quiet around
3am, and the PR's in all the bars and restaurants are a real
nuisense. Cant thank ebookers enough for finding us an all-in-one
break with excellent customer service, value for money, friendly
staff and hooking us up with people always up for a laugh

I recently booked a transatlantic flight for a family member to
fly return from atlanta to dublin. I entered the passenger details
on the electronic form along with credit card details, their system
used the card details as the passenger details, therefore the ticket
was issued in the wrong name. I rang ebookers and spoke to 3 representatives
and a supervisor who kept giving another timeframe after another
to investigate the concern. It has now been 8 working days and 600
euros spent and still no satisfaction on the flight booked. This
is devastating and further action is going to be taken by me. BEWARE
users!!!!! their customer service is just telephone voicing. the
lights are on but nobody is home!!!!! has this happened to you too?????
