I found out about them from my local Tesco supermarket. They
have a partnership agreement, and you can see this with the
Tesco logo on the eDiets home page. I have used Ediets.com
for a couple of weeks and it's somewhat like a WeightWatchers
service. They provide a variety of popular diet plans like
the Atkins, Gi plan, diabetes, gluten free, heart smart and
high fibre diet plans. I have not yet drawn up the courage
to start a plan yet, but my friend says with the Gi plan she
is slowly, very slowly losing weight. The problem is I love
my food, I love having a wide variety of choice. So a plan
is not going to be easy to stick too. It is factual site and
useful for those looking for a diet plan. My friend found
it more useful than her trial period at WeightWatchers because
the site actually produces a shopping list from actual real
world supermarkets. This makes it much easily to shop for
the correct foods. And she said it was only £2.99 a
week for a full diet profile, including recipies and shopping
lists. This is much lower than many other diet plan sites.
The shopping lists also is based on your supermarket, and
whether you prefer recipies or ready meals. Another impressive
fact is that Tesco are partners with eDiets, but it will produce
shopping lists for all the other main supermarket chains.
