Digital Cordless Phones have recently come on the market to replace
cordless phones. The traditional cordless phone used radio waves,
the advantage of digital cordless phones is they don't suffer from
crackling lines due to the radio waves being interupted by other
electrical household appliances. You can now purchase digital cordless
phones from companies such as BT, Philips, Panasonic and Samsung.
Digital cordless phones like the Panasonic KXTCD843 TWIN offer features
such as Up to 20 hours talktime, up to 100 name and number storage,
include an answer machine, caller display compatible and up to 14
ringer melodies.

User Rating -
BT Diverse 6150

For £75 it seemed quite a reasonable price for this latest
DECT cordless from BT. It comes with the handset and a base that
chargers the handset when your not using it. It's fairly easy to
use when though the manual has minimal info and doesn't tell you
how to use the intercom feature. The look of the handset is a little
too dull and grey for my liking as well. You have to be careful
when handling them as well because they are light and slippery and
can easily slip out of your hand and break. But the phones certainly
preform fine, and the only technical problem i've found is that
the power plug has the cable coming out of the top of the plug.
Overall it's above average.
