The company was founded over one hundred years ago as a craftsman’s workshop. It only started to become a major manufacturer in the 1950’s. During this time it was chiefly a supplier of components for for other companies. It was the 1970's when they started to manufacture their own appliances such as the 'Radiatore' heating appliance in 1982.

Delonghi Stainless Steel Toaster

Stainless steel toaster. Purchased the Delonghi toaster about 1 half years ago from macys. When you turn on the toaster it is very quiet and toasts perfectly. Its a beautiful toaster for which I paid over $100 and hopefully at that price it should last for a very long time. I am senior citizen and wanted this toaster very much and so I went for it. Delonghi seem to be making some of the best looking toasters on the market and as this is my first Delonghi toaster it seems to toast very good as well. After 1 and half years it works just as well as when I bought it and hopefully it will continue to for years to come.

DeLonghi Pump Combi Coffee Maker

This machine makes superb filter coffee . you can make up to 10 cups and select whether the coffee is to be week or strong. The milk frother is the best Ive ever used. It works independently from the rest of the machine and the froth is amazing and really easy to obtain and use. The only thing I find wrong with the machine is that the steam nozzle/milk frother is a little difficult to get off the machine for cleaning purposes. The Espresso coffee maker is also excellent. The whole machine is very good value for money.
