| Hugo Boss was
first established in Metzingen, Germany, in 1923. This was a tough period in German
history, with the country in a state of economic ruin. Forward to WW2, and Hugo
Boss was commissioned to design and manufacture uniforms and attire for the troops,
officers of the Nazi in Germany. Therefore it is only in recent times that the
company has become well known for it's designer ranges. Recently in 1993, Hugo
Boss launched its first fragrance, and created a division which has since grown
to be an important part of the company, and it's Boss Black brand in 1999. What Hugo Boss Say Hugo Boss stands for innovation, creativity and progress. Its objective is to further consolidate its position as a leading international fashion group and grow with its brands. All the brand collections adhere to a lifestyle philosophy featuring a distinctive brand signature. The Hugo Boss headquarters are in Germany Europe. Latest News There products are currently sold throughout the world in 102 countries and more than 5,000 retail stores. In 2005 Hugo Boss launched their womenswear with Boss Orange Womenswear.
