I have often shopped at Bhs, whilst the quality isnt up there with the likes of marks and sparks, their prices are low, there are usually a few bargains and the good selection of different items. The site itself is clearly laid out, they have made an effort to make it easy for an online beginner, I would not class it as being fool proof, but it is functional rather than fancy and artistic. For example there are no silly flash images, they have improved the login proecdureu, which could be very slow to load, no matter which browser I used. I usually use the search function and it does a good job of finding what i am looking form, it seems adequate for my queries. Even though if I am out of ideas it's a better idea to browse through the categories rather than using the search, because a site search you need to know exactly what your after.
