Reviews Posted on 03 / 04 / 2006 They have a great range of quality menswear. I have often
visited their store near Debenhams at the Meadowhall shopping
centre, they usually have good customer service and some bargains
when the sales come round. I recently tried their online shopping
site, but to be honest I would never order online. Personally
for men's formal wear you really need to be fitted in-store,
and I can imagine it's a nightmare if you order something
that doesnt fit. The range of suits to pick from is also a
little on the small side compared to in-store. The range of
products in their high street stores is very impressive, and
usually changes everytime i visit. Plus when I have had to
return items they send an exchange or refund me straight away,
not sure about their online returns policy. But maybe the
reason is because Austin Reed realise most people will buy
and be fitted for suits etc in-store. Their range of shirts
and ties online on the other hand is much better, and of course
these are much safer to buy online. There is less chance of
buying something that doesnt fit. The site is also very easy
to navigate and easy on the eye. Sure i read that they will
deliver within 48hrs within the UK. Not the cheapest clothes
but the top end of the formal market never has been.
