I found your-loan when searching around for a company who
could offer me a loan to consolidate my debts. I had ran up
heavy debts on my credit cards like usual, with the debt emerging
seemed to be never ending. I had already been refused by my
bank HSBC who had an APR of 7.6%, I also tried
Lombard Direct who had an APR of 8.1% and they also declined
me. Your Loan had an APR of 6.7% and over the web they approved
me, I couldn't believe it to be honest. I cut down all my
general expenses, and did the shortest length of the loan
I could, because this helped lowered the rate I got. Do not
try and be encouraged to take larger and longer loans because
it just means you pay back a hell of a lot more. Just eat
cans of beans for a few months and get the loan paid is my
advice.

I also applied for a loan with this company but did not get
the same luck as the previous reviewer. Although the process
was clear and efficient and easy to fill out online, the problem
occurred when my credit rating was assessed. The APR rate
given seemed considerably higher than the minimum they stated
for my level of graded loan. Even the fact I had a positive
equity didn't seem to impress them. I think the problem was
I am self-employed, I did provide proof that my next payment
from work provided would be substantial and easily cover the
loan it did not break any ice. I waited patiently while asking
for them to reconsider the rate of repayment, but without
explanation they turned me down. They later stated that to
achieve the level of APR I wanted I should reapply for a loan
when my circumstances changed. That was the end of communication
between myself and your-loan, they were professional in our
dealings but did not quite come up to my expectations.
