The online yellow pages web site is easy to understand, and a valuable source for me. I have used it many times sourse local businesses and information.

The site incorporates a brilliant search to help you find business phone numbers,all you need to do is just type in what you are searching for, and the area by postcode or town or city or village. And unlike most search engines I've used it always returns a concise results fast.

I find it especially useful when I am planning a day trip, or going to a someplace I have never visited before shopping. We currently when on a day trip to Blackpool, and my daughter wanted to know where the local Next store was. All I needed to do was type in Next and Blackpool as the search terms and the Yell.com site did all the rest. It displayed the address and phone number. "Next Retail Ltd 84-94, Church St, Blackpool, Lancashire FY1 1HP Tel: 0870 3865570". But the most useful feature is you can use there online map to pinpoint the location and print the directions on your printer.

I've found online Yellow pages much more helpful than their off-line version, it's excellent resource.
