Visit - Wilkinson
Plus

Posted on n/a It's been a few years since I last visited my local Wilkinson's. I
doubt it's been converted to a plus store, as it's located in a small
rural town. If you were after household items such as light bulbs, paint,
paint brush, nails, cleaning fluid etc, you had two options, Wilko's
or Woolworth's. The Woolworth's has now closed down, but between the
two, Wilkinson's was always the cheaper, sometimes significantly so.
The difference in quality was negligible, both being quite poor. However,
if I'm ever after a few bits and bobs for home or diy work, I would
not hesitate to recommended them, you'll be hard pressed to find anyhow
cheaper. User Rating - ...................................................................................................... Posted on n/a They have a nifty store locator, which maps every one of their 330 stores. Provides opening times and contact numbers. What I am having trouble understanding is whether the store is part of the 'Free Store Collection' service. It does not appear to be a plus store, only a Wilkinsons. I do not want to place my order if I cannot get the 'Free Store Collection' because the delivery charge is five pounds, which appears hefty. Does anyone know if 'Free Store Collection' is available to every Wilkinson store? Thanks in advance. Posted on n/a If you look at any product page, http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/bin/venda?bsref=wilkinsonplus&log You'll see a logo stating 'Collect for free, 300+ stores'. If you are
saying Wilkinson's only have 330 stores, then it indicates it covers
virtually all of their stores. User Rating - ......................................................................................................
