I've used WStore for a number of years, they are one of the longest established IT stores and I've ordered most of my PC consumables from them. I had no problems until my last order. My wife needed a new desktop computer around six months ago, I decided to build it myself and ordered all the parts from WStore. There was no problem ordering it all, and everything arrived on time and in good order. Building the computer went off without a hitch, that was until a few weeks ago when the motherboard packed up. It was under a 1 year warranty so we have been trying to gain a return code so we can send it back and get a replacement. I have never had to send anything back to WStore before, but was not expecting any problems. Two weeks have passed and all my emails were not been answered, and of course we were still waiting for a code. It took phoning them up before itwas sorted.

They had a good price for the original manufacturer product. I found
the HP laser printer cartridge I wanted by doing a search on Kelkoo,
it was the only retailer that showed up. There is really nothing else
to say; I ordered the product easily, the product came within three
days - and everything was exactly as requested.

Best bit about the company was their quick delivery service, but their website is not easy to navigate because it uses a frameset. I thought these kind of sites had disappeared in 1998, and with my browser I had no end of problems browsing backwards. The delivery was excellent, I ordered an Epson C54 inkjet printer from them in the late afternoon and it was delivered within two days using the standard delivery option.
