Reviews Posted on 23 / 03 / 2006 I went looking for the Vision Direct site to start ordering my
lenses by post. If you haven't noticed already they have stores
in most UK towns and cities. I usually go to their store at the
Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield near the Oasis. The service
has usually been fast, professional and friendly. To be honest I
am not sure whether this site is the same company. I am not sure
the logo is the same, but I went ahead with my online order because
I couldn't find an alternative site for Vision Direct. I'm really
glad I made the jump, it's saved me no end of time and effort driving
into Meadowhall when I've forgotten to buy another box of disposable
lenses. With this online service my lenses now arrive through my
letterbox every month without fail. The only thing I need from the
high street optician is the initial eye test, as this is usually
every two years it's not very often. The service works that they
keep sending the lenses as long as the Direct Debit is kept current,
obviously as my prescriptions changes I will maybe need to change
my monthly order. I could order and pay annually but I feel more
secure with monthly payments, it makes it much easier to cancel
if I am unhappy with the service for any reason. Like I say I am
unsure whether it's actually the same company"LOL" but
so far I would highly recommend the service. User Rating - |
