/ 2008 Very poor customer service. Will do everything possible to not return
goods including childrens items and cloths (even if they are faulty!). Better
check more experienced shops such as Mothercare etc

/ 04 / 2006 My son bought a yo-yo with a flash light that was meant to go
on every spin, by the time we had took it home the light was not functioning anymore.
Looked like a faulty item so we took it back the next day while on the way to
work. I asked for a replacement or a full refund but they refused and said "not
a chance since we had taken it out of the packet". It was only a low cost
item and it seemed poor good customer care. I will look out for a family run toy
store next time. User Rating -
Claire Raines Posted on 02 / 11 / 2005 When it comes to selection
nothing touches Toyrus, they have virtually every toy imaginable. I sure my kids
would live there if they could. The store toy store sadly cannot compare,
the modern day child will only want to visit Toys R Us if given the chance. Of
course it's a nightmare for my husband and myself, the kids want to buy every
toy in sight and there is usually a hissy fit dragging them out. It's a paradise
and a hell all rolled into one. They have all the newest toys and electronic
and computers games, when drawing up their Christmas list my kids informed to
look elsewhere for computer games as they are cheaper at Game. They seem to know
the prices of everything it seems :) With only 8 weeks left to Christmas
I hope they are not too busy and out of stock when I visit. User Rating
