The site looks nice, but it seems to use a different type of design to normal sites, and the text and writern descriptions are not so clear to read. Also seems to me Topshop do not priortize the website highly, whenever I have looked to order something it has always been out of stock. The choice and categories is also very poor, to be blunt I would only use the site as a store locator, or somewhere to get a contact telephone number. It's a real shame because Topshop are one of my favourite retailers, they have also done a great job of transforming the latest catwalk fashions into useable clothes at a reasonable price. They do not exactly copy the clothes you see on the catwalk, Topshop will interperet the style and then use low cost fabrics / materials to create something suitable for the mass market. It can be a hit and miss affair because sometimes their new lines do not quite cut the mustard. I receive their weekly newsletter by e-mail and this will always inform me of the latest 'must have' designs available online. It becomes very frustratsing because I am usually interested in making a purchase, but my attempt to order is always dashed by the out of stock sign. If they improved their stock levels and amount of choice they would have a happy customer.

Love the drop-down menu's, stock level is good. Ideal if you haven't a store locally, if you wish to
eally stands out in a crowd then look no further. A handy little site, only problem is ordering the correct size because you cannot try the clothes on while buying on the web.

It looks nice but it is hard to view and you can't view stock and isn't that the whole point of the website.

Topshop is part of Arcadia Group Ltd. Philip Green is the owner, he turned the sales round, but recently they have down turned.
