I signed up for bundled package of cable TV, broadband Internet
access and phone service. A friend said you could save a good
amount of cash with it, which is true. But do not every attempt
to phone their customer service line with a query or problem,
it's awful. The staff seemed totally unwilling to help you,
and even seemed a little rude. I decided to cancel at the
earliest opportunity, this isn't a nice company with no respect
given to the customer. Seek a different service provider.

The first ISP where I received the speed I paid for, not
a clever word play of 'up to' 2Mb. I've been using the service
for about 4 months and the line has never dropped. And unlike
the previous reviewer I found the customer services excellent
when phoning about a billing issue (I needed to change my
credit card details). The reason Telewest is so good if because
they do not use BT cables, alongside NTL Telewest are the
only ISP on the market not to use BT. Because the other ISP's
relay on BT's technology they can promise 'up to' 8Mb, but
alot of the time you will be only getting between 1 and 2Mb.
The only problem with Telewest is that they do not cover the
whole of the UK.
