You've probably seen plenty of their annoying but admittedly catchy adverts. But to be honest I watched the adverts hundreds of times but had no idea what the company was or did. Or when I did an online price comparison did it hit home. The more I think about it I find their ads and marketing sexist and very condescending. And after my online price check was astounded by the price difference with Tesco (the cheapest). Tesco comprehensive insurance was just £330, whereas Sheilas Wheels were £780. The company seems a complete ripoff, all the money their spend on tv ads obviously is added onto your policy.

My experience with Sheilas Wheels was the opposite of the above reviewer, they actually gave me the best car insurance quote online. But my opinion of the company is still the same, I needed to phone their customer helpline to query some details on my policy. When the person I spoke to was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, and when my 'amended' policy arrived in the post I found that the details were still wrong. Since then I've had the same problem when altering my policy details, their customer services are awful. I am assuming it's a new company, so I am hoping they start to improve their phone people.
