I discovered the savapoint.co.uk website when I was browsing
at netfreestuff.co.uk. I was currently doing my Christmas
shopping online for the easy to buy items like dvd's and games.
Whilst I was on there, I also saw loads of exciting gadgets
which would also make great presents for my nephews. I ordered
the goods early December and it did take two weeks to arrive.
But the confirmation email did state it would take this length
of time due to the Christmas rush. The site itself is designed
simply and is brightly coloured so it's enjoyable to browse
and to attract people. I would recommend the site for people
who are looking for cheap games, gadgets, software, and electronic
accessories etc.

I purchased my version of Norton 2006 specifically because
of the free loyalty gift offered by Savapoint. I could choose
from a list of over 50 different products, and this included
a selection of DVD's, CD's, PC games and software and hardware.
I opted for a multimedia microphone which was worth around
£19.99 as my loyalty gift. I paid through WorldPay payment
portal and received a transaction confirmation which informed
me the goods would arrive within 14 days. After the fourteen
days came and went I started to worry a little bit because
the goods had still not arrived. I phoned their customer support
services telephone line but could not get through. I received
an email response later and it stated my product had dispatched
to my address, it didn't. The real insult to injury I found
was that after my credit card statement Savapoint had taken
the money the same day the order was placed. I find this unacceptable
behavior, legit companies like Amazon.co.uk only charge you
once the item has dispatched. This really ruined my online
Christmas shopping spree.
