Posted on n/a Saab 9-5 Saloon Aero 2.3 Hot This car is quite a handful, it has 200 plus bhp, and it all runs through the front tyres. This is usually a recipe for disaster, tyre wear is usually horrific and the chassis usually just cant handle the power. I would have to agree if you plan on taking this car around tight country lanes. This car is more for the highway, the acceleration at 50-100mph range is awesome, and this fact probably indicates what Saab designed it for. The turbo provides huge amounts of torque in the 2nd 3rd and 4th gears. I've found the car extremely comfortable on my long business trips, with lots of power and great seats adding to my enjoyment. It is quite spacious for both front and rear seats. You will get around 40+ mpg (imp) on the highway if your careful on the pedal. For torque, fuel economy on motorways, braking, seats and sound system I give this car full marks. User Rating - .............................................................................
