Posted on 14 / 04 / 2006 Well I was never able to go on my 'experience' as they call it. I received a voucher as a birthday present and due to work commitments put it on my shelf for two weeks until my holiday period. The voucher was a "yellow" voucher, which allowed me to book a £150 experience. Well my holiday period came and I phoned to book my experience, and simply shocked to discovery the vouchers actually have an expire date. At this point I thought not is all lost, maybe they will issue me with another up to date voucher instead. No such luck, they simply take the £150 voucher and say it's tough luck. So they make £150 without doing a single thing, nice work if you can get it. I'd assume they make a small fortune out of people not checking the fine print. Yes the law is probably on their side, but I don't think it's morally right for them to just take the voucher without offering any kind of compensation for a simple mistake many people must make. Plus, if you book directly then you will receive a lower price and greater flexibility.
