Booked a night at their Leicester hotel, address is - 73 Granby St, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE1 6ES. The hotel is in a central area so you are walking distance from all the shops, clubs and bars. The hotel is pretty expensive affair with a stylish reception area that features comfy sofas and a luxurious surrounding. The staff were also very pleasant and gave us a discount for booking late. The room was a big disappoint though, it was horribly furnished with furniture that looked from a car boot sale. At least they had facility a normal hotel has, trouser press, tea / coffee maker and a television. The room also featured poor sound insulation, you could hear the noise outside and next door. If I had paid the full asking price I would have been so disappointed with the room. The breakfast was a bright point, they had the normal English breakfast with a help yourself buffet style. There was a reasonable choice to pick from and the quality was good. Again the staff were very friendly, and there was also plenty of staff on hand during our whole time spent there, they did not struggle to keep up with demand one bit. If it wasn't for the awful room I would not hesitate to recommended this hotel for a one night break.

I rang the Ramada Jarvis in Solihull to enquire about using it as my wedding venue. After being incorrectly transferred twice I was rudely told that "the hotel can not accommodate you, good bye" and the phone was abruptly put down. There seemed to be no flexibility or desire to help me. The customer service was appalling.
