Pantene Hairspray
I have been a loyal customer of your Pantene hairspray with flexible
hold, but when I bought a can of your new formula I was very disappointed
I never have had a problem in the past with gumminess in my hair and
flakiness. I also found it extremely hard to get the product out of
my hair. When I washed it. In the past I have not experienced such a
problem. I thought that maybe I was the only one having these problems
but everyone I have talked to that uses your hairsprays have voiced
similar problems. I feel the performance of this new formula is very
poor and find myself looking elsewhere for another hairspray. Thank
you for allowing me to e-mail you of my disappointment.

Pantene New Formula Hairspray
I too have been a user of Pantene Hairspray for serveral years and
have obviously been very satisfied. However, just recently your new
formula hairspray has made it to our area and I am very disappointed.
I have very fine hair and use the hairspray as a styling product as
well as for hold. Not only is the new formula inferior to the old, the
can is smaller and the price is $1 per can higher than the old formula.
The spray also comes out covering a much larger area of by bathroom,
not just my hair. Needless to say I am searching for a replacement.

Re - Pantene Hairspray
I read some of the other reviews about your product. Personally I have
always liked Pantene Hair Spray. There is no undesirable odor that is
often associated with other hairsprays. The only time I had a problem
with the product was when I purchased a non-aerosol can. The spray was
not very uniform and tended to clog quite abit. The other thing that
I was disappointed in was the change of the container. The 4.5 oz. can
with the twist open/close top was perfect for packing in my cosmetic
bag. The slender can fit perfectly without extra bulk and there was
never a problem with the can accidentally spraying because of the unique
design. Now the new containers are bulkier and the pump style sprayer
is not as nice. You have to make sure to put the plastic cap back. Overall
I would rate 4-5 !

Pantene Shampoo
I would like to say that Pantene is a good product, but something must
be done about the strong fragrances the Shampoo contains. The results
are fine. The smell lingers on the hair for ages and people at home
and at work just can\'t bear it. I would go back to use Pantene shampoo
products provided the fragrance is mild and unnoticeable. Hopefully
someone from Pantene will be reading this and change the strength of
their shampoo fragrance.
