Just about everything that could go wrong did on my first pc purchase. Paypal not accepted by novatech without a utility bill being sent as proof of dely address. Machine returned twice in a week as faulty, but i would give them a 5 star rating. Everyone i dealt with wanted to help and tech and customer care contact was quick and painless. People who said they would phone back did.They eventually replaced the product with no hassle. With any major electronic product purchase, it"s all about back up and customer service Only hope they maintain this level of service as the grow.

I have dealt with Novatech since 1998 and have had and still have excellent service from them.

I recently had to upgrad all our PC's and IT componants at work. I've never had to choose PCs for anyone for myself before, so I made sure I researched carefully purchasing over 5 new PCs. As I work for a local charity you can imagine that our budget is low. I phoned plenty of retailers asking for their advice, it was Novatech who rang back first with a technican. We quickly discussed my requirements, and decided on one of their standard packages with a 17 inch Novatech monitor. The specs were clearly explained and I was promised their wouldnt be any hidden extras to pay for. The PC's came in 3 working days and they seem quality machines for low, low prices. I cant recommend them enough.
