I know most of you wont of heard of this company, I guess it's the kind of company you arrive at via word of mouth. Novatech are a seller of computer parts and systems. I first visited the site when looking for a new pc, an IT forum recommended these guys so I checked them out. You can find decent work spec base units for just 300 pounds and their most advanced models for at least 650 pounds. I've phoned the staff up with a few questions at times and always found them helpful, which is maybe why they added photos of the staff on the site, it certainly feels more personal and friendly. You may not have seen them advertised much, but I have been using them for all my computer supplies for the past five years. I work from home and my pc is an integral part of my business. If i can remember correctly the first item I bought was a 16Mb SIMM memory card for my 486 PC. And since that time they have always delivered the goodd every time. There has not been one single occation I have been disappointed. The only retailer who has equalled this service for me is Amazon. If you are new to purchasing goods online, the Novatech website provides a useful and comprehensive help page. This will give new / first time users hint and tips fo finding what they need on the site, and a basic history of the company. The prices are reasonable, and I hope you try them out. I've never had to choose PCs for anyone for myself before, so I made sure I researched carefully purchasing over 5 new PCs. As I work for a local charity you can imagine that our budget is low. I phoned plenty of retailers asking for their advice, it was Novatech who rang back first with a technican. We quickly discussed my requirements, and decided on one of their standard packages with a 17 inch Novatech monitor. The specs were clearly explained and I was promised their wouldnt be any hidden extras to pay for. The PC's came in 3 working days and they seem quality machines for low, low prices.
