I just couldnt do without my next directory, it's a valuable member
of my household infact. If you havent been or seen the Next high
street stores, the catalogue is pretty much larger version with
a bigger range of items. These items are backly clothing for men,
ladies and kids, and household items like cushions and wallpaper.
Along with ordering by mail you can also phone them your order on
0845 600 7000, i've find that both ways are very easy. Now with
their online website you can check items such as your statements
and billing info. If you want to check your balance this is very
handy feature. All their items are well made and not expensive,
all of there clothes i've purchased for my young boys have been
very durable and there has been no faults in that department. I
am sure you will not be disappointed.

The first time i was introduced to the Next Directory about 4 years
ago. I think it was around the time of the annual Christmas rush.
I have always shopped at Next, but found myself in a 3-mile queue
at my local city centre Next store. I therefore vowed it would be
the last time I would leave my city centre Christmas shopping till
the last minute. The next year i decided to plan ahead and either
ot do most of it online or by mail order. Luckily a friendly member
of staff at work veered towards the Next Directory. The catalogue
itself is very well made with excellent pictures and a stylish design.
It's now a massive size with around 850-pages in the catalogue.
So i am sure they will stock all you need. Only on a couple of occasions
have I had the wrong items delivered, but the problems were soon
sorted. Overall it's been much easier than the shopping on the high
street.

My first love without a doubt has been the Next Directory. I have
had a directory for as long as i can remember, and over the years
I have ordered more and more. I live in a small town so the Next
shop is really sparse. To get a good selection I need to travel
to Sheffield over 60 miles away. The actual catalogue is reall well
made and comes in a hard-back, so it well worth the £3.50
you have to pay. Some of the smaller seasonal catalogues are free
however. When you signup and buy from the catalogue you get a statement
every month. This then gives you 20 days to make a payment interest
free, After this the the amount you owe increases with a steep APR
of around 26.9%. So I really would suggest paying it all off at
once. I have always found the staff when i phone up with questions
reliable, friendly and fair. The delivery is also quick and overall
I have to give them a big fat 5 stars.

I have tried & failed on 3 occassions to purchase a pair of
combat trousers which are in the Hamilton store (many pairs of various
colours), new stock apparantely. I was advised by sales assistants
that the only way to purchase a pair im my size (14 with XLong Leg)
was through the directory or the internet. Not possible. They aren't
even in the new directory! I can't even order them in! Why have
such a various selection but not cater for taller people?
