I have been mulling over the decision of visiting the LEGOLAND park. My kids would love to visit it, but a friend was left disappointed on her visit. The chief gripe was the lack of attractions, considering the price of admission, and huge queues taking hours for the bigger rides like the Vikings’ River Splash and the Jungle Coaster. The attraction which I would most like to explore is Miniland, which has recreated the major world landmarks, such as the city of london, paris, and the space base cape canaveral. I'd appreciate any comments about the park, and whether it's worth the journey down from Yorkshire.

If you're a fan of large scale lego buildings. My best ever lego construction was a skyscraper.
I never did think of making a replica of an existing building.
I kind of wish I did, but my lego collection is long gone.
One point five million bricks went into building that Chicago skyline :O.
Must have taken a long time to built, what a job tho :D.
