I've ordered only a few items from Lands End and their main
selling point is the quality of the items. The bad point is
the cost, they are expensive. Both my sweaters from them are
still very comfortable to wear and washed very well for easily
a couple of years. In the parcel they also included a copy
of their spring/summer 2005 catalogue, with plenty of pages
there had some lovely modern summer dresses and casual wear, and
the catalogue is also very easy to browse because they have
divided it into departments to make things easier to find.
Overall I would say if the price is no concern then they are
well worth purchasing from.

They especially have a good choice of clothes for women,
and with the top size being 36 for women, and 52 waist for
men they stock for larger people as well. Lands End are purely
a fashion catalogue, so do not expect a selection of household
items. I must have ordered over 5 or 6 times with them, and
overall the service was good, customer service is even better
if you phone with a query, and the quality easily beats that
of say Kays or Choice For You. Only once did I come across
any problem, on my last order it did take a while for the
customer service to get when order correct after a few amendments,
but eventually they do get there. Do not look into the automated
service by phone, they options are poor.
